Install Vibe on your TV, box or phone

For Android TV, Google TV, Fire TV, Android boxes, phones and tablets. Vibe is a media player — it doesn't provide any content.

Install on a TV or box

TVs don't have a browser, so the easiest way is the free Downloader app.

   Get Downloader

   Install Downloader from your TV's app store (Amazon Appstore on Fire TV, Google Play on Android TV).

   Let Downloader install apps

   Your TV only installs apps from its store unless you allow it. On Fire TV: Settings → My Fire TV → Developer options → Install unknown apps → Downloader. On Android TV / Google TV: Settings → Device Preferences → Security & restrictions → Unknown sources → Downloader — or just accept the prompt that appears at step 4. Menu names change between TVs and versions.

   Enter the address

   Open Downloader, type vibesmartplayer.com/get/apk and press Go. The file downloads by itself.

   Install and open Vibe

   When the download ends, choose Install, then Open. Add your playlist and you're set.

Phones and tablets

Open this page on the device and tap Download APK. Android will ask to allow installs from your browser — accept, then open the file. Once Vibe is on Google Play, install it from there instead.

Vibe checks for new versions when it opens and offers to install them — you don't need to come back here to update.
